Reservation & Check-in Information

住房須知 Notice

入住與退房須知 Check-in & Check-out
- 入住時間：當日15:00至20:00。
  Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- 如無法在入住時間內抵達，請務必提前30分鐘告知管家以約定時間。
  If you are unable to arrive by 8:00 PM, you must inform your housekeeper at least 30 minutes in advance to arrange a new check-in time.
- 退房時間：隔日上午11:00以前。退房時請交還鑰匙，並關閉房間內所有電器及電源。
  Check-out time is before 11:00 AM on the following day.
  Upon check-out, please be sure to return the room key and turn off the air conditioning and lights.
訂房與人數規範 Booking & Occupancy
- 入住登記：入住時請出示身分證件並繳清餘額。
  Please present a valid ID for registration upon check-in and settle any remaining balance.
- 入住人數：請依約定人數入住。若需增減人數或房間數量，請於訂房時事先備註。
  Please check in with the exact number of guests agreed upon during booking.
  If there are any changes in the number of guests or rooms, please inform us in the booking notes.
- 加人服務：加床或加人之需求請於訂房時提出，或於入住前兩週告知管家。恕不接受入住當日臨時加人。
  Requests for extra beds or additional guests must be made at the time of booking or via LINE@ at least two weeks before check-in.
  We cannot provide additional beds or accommodate extra guests on the day of check-in.
- 訪客規定：訪客每位酌收500元，並需於晚上10點前離場。
  The fee for visitors is NT$500 per person.
  All visitors must leave the premises by 10:00 PM.
民宿服務與設施 Services & Facilities
- 迎賓下午茶：15:00 ~ 17:00。
  Welcome Afternoon Tea is served from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- 早餐服務：08:00 ~ 10:00。（房價不含早餐，如需加購請於入住前一週告知，費用為100元/人，以包棟人數計費）。
  Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
  Due to discounted room rates, breakfast is not included. Breakfast can be purchased for an additional NT$100 per person (charged per full-villa occupancy). If you wish to purchase breakfast, please inform us at least one week before check-in.
- 環保政策：不主動提供一次性備品。續住不主動提供更換毛巾、浴巾及房內打掃，如有需求請主動告知。
  In accordance with government regulations, we do not actively provide single-use amenities (such as toothbrushes).
  For extended stays, we do not automatically replace towels or clean the room. Please inform us in advance if you require a change of towels.
- 訪客規定：訪客每位酌收500元，並需於晚上10點前離場。
  The fee for visitors is NT$500 per person.
  All visitors must leave the premises by 10:00 PM.
- 特殊活動：若有求婚、慶生等佈置需求，請於事前告知管家，我們將盡力協助。
  For special event decorations (e.g., proposals, birthdays, gender reveal parties), please inform us via LINE@ in advance. The housekeeper will do their best to assist with on-site decoration or procurement services.
- 設備租借：投影設備、KTV設備及配件、Switch遊戲機配件、腳踏車配件等民宿設備，若有遺失或損壞需照官方市價賠償。
  Bicycles are equipped with locks and lights. In case of loss, compensation will be charged at the market price based on the official GIANT website.
  n case of loss of KTV or Switch gaming accessories, compensation will be charged at the original manufacturer’s market price.
- 公共空間：一樓公共區域設有攝影設備，以維護安全。
  The common area on the first floor is equipped with security cameras for your safety.
行為與安全規範 Rules & Safety
- 全面禁菸：依《菸害防制法》，室內（包含公共空間與房間）全面禁菸。
  In compliance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, indoor smoking is strictly prohibited (including common areas and guest rooms).
- 違法行為：屋內嚴禁轟趴、吸毒、酗酒、聚賭等違法性行為，一經發現將報警處理。
  To maintain a high quality of stay, illegal activities such as parties, drug use, betel nut chewing, excessive drinking, or gambling are strictly forbidden on the premises. Violators will be reported to the police immediately.
- 環保政策：不主動提供一次性備品。續住不主動提供更換毛巾、浴巾及房內打掃，如有需求請主動告知。
  In accordance with government regulations, we do not actively provide single-use amenities (such as toothbrushes).
  For extended stays, we do not automatically replace towels or clean the room. Please inform us in advance if you require a change of towels.
- 寵物政策：嚴禁攜帶寵物。若於入住後發現，我們保留要求客人立即離開的權利，且不予退款。不便之處，請諒解。
  Pets are strictly not allowed. Any guest arriving with a pet will be refused check-in.
  If a pet is discovered after check-in without prior notification, we reserve the right to ask the guests to leave immediately without any refund. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- 廚房安全：請勿在房內使用瓦斯爐或電磁爐等危險物品，並請節約用水、隨手關燈。
  Do not use dangerous items such as gas stoves or induction cookers in the rooms. Please turn off lights and conserve water.
- 烤肉區：烤肉時請勿移動烤爐，以免發生火災。
  Do not move the barbecue grill to prevent fire hazards.
- 財物與設備：請愛護民宿所有設施與物品，若有損壞或遺失需照價賠償。個人貴重物品請妥善保管，本民宿及停車場皆不負保管責任。
  Please do not damage items in the house and keep the environment tidy. Any damage or loss found upon check-out will be subject to compensation at the original price.
  The guesthouse is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal valuables. Please take care of your own belongings; we are not responsible for any loss.
  All guesthouse parking lots are not liable for safekeeping.
- 兒童安全：孩童使用室內外設施（如：戲水池、浴缸、樓梯）須由家長陪同，若發生意外住宿者放棄對屋主任何法律責任及賠償。
  Children using any indoor or outdoor facilities (e.g., splash pool, ride-on toys, stairs, bathtubs) must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian and use them in a safe manner.
  By staying with us, guests waive all rights to pursue any legal action or claims for compensation against the property owner in the event of an accident.
- 離場確認：退房前，請確認公共區域與烤肉區的環境整潔，並檢查電視、冷氣等設備是否已關閉。
  Before checking out, please ensure the public areas and the barbecue area are tidy. Also, please check that the TV, air conditioning, and other equipment are turned off.
外部服務規範 Outside Services
- 外燴團體：若有外燴人員、表演團體或餐車等，需酌收場地費1,000元（非清潔費，離場時請協助恢復環境）。
  A venue fee of NT$1,000 will be charged for outside catering services, food trucks, BBQ trucks, or performance groups (this is not a cleaning fee, and the area must be cleaned and restored to its original condition upon departure).

延期及取消政策 Booking & Rescheduling Policies

更改房型、房數或延期 Rescheduling & Changes
- 入住日7天(含)前：可免費更改一次（延期），訂金將保留6個月。
  Changes to room type, number of rooms, or rescheduling must be notified at least 7 days (inclusive) in advance.
  Rescheduling can be done once, and the deposit will be held for 6 months.
- 入住日3天(含)內：恕不接受延期或更改（人力不可抗拒之天災因素外）。
  We do not accept reschedules or changes within 3 days (inclusive) of the check-in date, except in cases of force majeure.
- 天災延期：若因颱風或地震等天災，經政府公告停止上班上課，可延期一次，訂金將保留6個月。
  In the event of a natural disaster (such as a typhoon or earthquake) where the local government or your local government has announced school and work closures, you may reschedule your stay.
取消政策 Cancellation Policy
- 入住日14天(含)前取消：訂金全額退還。
  Full refund for cancellations made 14 days (inclusive) or more before the check-in date.
- 入住日14天(含)內取消：依據觀光局規定，將扣除部分訂金：
  For cancellations made within 14 days (inclusive) of the check-in date, a portion of the deposit will be deducted according to the Taiwan Tourism Bureau’s regulations, as follows:
  - 住宿日當日取消：扣預付訂金100%。
    Cancellation on the check-in day: 100% of the deposit will be charged.
  - 住宿日前1日內取消：扣預付訂金80%。
    Cancellation 1 day before check-in: 80% of the deposit will be charged.
  - 住宿日前2-3日內取消：扣預付訂金70%。
    Cancellation 2-3 days before check-in: 70% of the deposit will be charged.
  - 住宿日前4-6日內取消：扣預付訂金60%。
    Cancellation 4-6 days before check-in: 60% of the deposit will be charged.
  - 住宿日前7-9日內取消：扣預付訂金50%。
    Cancellation 7-9 days before check-in: 50% of the deposit will be charged.
  - 住宿日前10-13日內取消：扣預付訂金30%。
    Cancellation 10-13 days before check-in: 30% of the deposit will be charged.

- 在確認訂房後，請於2日內預付房價30%的訂金。
  After confirming your reservation, please prepay a 30% deposit of the total room rate within 2 days.
- 逾期將視同放棄，訂房將不予保留，敬請見諒。
  Reservations will not be held if the deposit is not received by the deadline. We apologize for any inconvenience.

- 匯款完成後，請務必透過官方管道（如電話或LINE@）告知交易帳號後五碼，以完成訂房手續。

我們提供6~18人包棟選擇，依包棟人數提供房型，加人/加床費用另計，最多可住23人。
We offer a full-villa rental option for groups of 6 to 18 people. The room types will be provided based on the number of people in the group. Chamuel Villa has a total of six rooms. Additional charges will apply for extra guests or beds, with a maximum capacity of 23 people.

夏米兒villa佔地200多坪，室內空間約100坪、戶外空間100坪。室內總共三層樓，一樓包括客廳、公共空間、兒童遊戲室。二三樓各有三間房間。包棟則獨享室內室外全部區域與設施，無需與管家/民宿主人，或其他客人共用空間。Chamuel Villa spans over 200 pings (approximately 660 square meters) in total, with an indoor area of around 100 pings and an outdoor area of 100 pings. The indoor space has three floors in total. The first floor includes the living room, common areas, and a children’s playroom. The second and third floors each have three guest rooms. By booking the entire villa, you will have exclusive access to all indoor and outdoor areas and facilities, without having to share the space with the housekeeper/owner or any other guests.

夏米兒villa以包棟人數計價。週五、假日(週六)及國定例假期間6人～12人包棟都是統一價。
The full-villa rental at Chamuel Villa is priced per person. A flat rate applies for groups of 6 to 12 people on Fridays, holidays (Saturdays), and national holidays.
- 加床 (Extra bed)：
  平日NT$800/人 (Weekdays: NT$800/person)
  假日NT$1,000/人 (Holidays: NT$1,000/person)
  春節期間NT$1,500/人 (Lunar New Year: NT$1,500/person)
- 加人 (Extra person)：
  平日$400/人 (Weekdays: NT$400/person)
  假日$500/人 (Holidays: NT$500/person)
  春節期間$600/人 (Lunar New Year: NT$600/person)
- 加床加人費用亦包含迎賓下午茶、宵夜小品、寢具備品。
  The fees for adding a bed or an extra person also include welcome afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and bedding amenities.
- 3歲以下小朋友，不佔床不另收費，每房限加1位。
  Children under 3 years old are not charged if they do not occupy a bed, with a limit of one child per room.

After booking, we require a deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or via bank transfer on the day of your check-in. 是的，目前有提供續住優惠，包棟訂房兩天(晚)以上，房價可享95折。（春節期間不適用）
Yes, we currently offer a discount for extended stays. For a full-villa rental of two nights or more, you can enjoy a 5% discount on the room rate. (This offer is not valid during the Lunar New Year period.)

For a stay of two nights or more, will housekeeping and daily meals be provided?

為維護續住客人的隱私，續住期間不提供房務清潔服務。迎賓下午茶僅在入住當天提供，如有加購早餐，則會在退房日當天管家至館內現做提供。續住期間如有餐飲需求，需自行安排，館內車程5~10分鐘內有許多早餐店及美食，也可以自行點外送平台上的餐點哦！
To protect the privacy of our guests on extended stays, we do not offer housekeeping services during your stay. Welcome afternoon tea is only provided on the day of check-in. If you have purchased breakfast, the housekeeper will prepare it freshly for you on the day of your departure. For any dining needs during your extended stay, you will need to make your own arrangements. There are many breakfast shops and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive from the villa, and you can also order food from delivery apps.

Chamuel Villa primarily offers full-villa rentals, allowing you and your loved ones to enjoy all the space exclusively. However, on weekdays, we also provide flexible single-room bookings. On weekends and holidays, to ensure the highest quality of stay, we only accept full-villa rentals and host only one group of guests per day, giving you complete privacy and exclusive time.

本館位於宜蘭縣員山鄉，靠近宜蘭市區及宜蘭運動公園，交通方便，距離宜蘭火車站、羅東火車站、東門夜市、羅東夜市等景點車程約10-15分鐘，到宜蘭運動公園約5分鐘。
Our guesthouse is located in Yuanshan Township, Yilan County. It is close to downtown Yilan and Yilan Sports Park. The transportation is convenient, with a travel time of about 10-15 minutes to attractions such as Yilan Station, Luodong Station, Dongmen Night Market, and Luodong Night Market. It is only about a 5-minute drive to Yilan Sports Park.

Q：是否有停車場? 可以停幾台車?
Is there a parking lot? How many cars can it fit?

夏米兒Villa擁有寬敞的庭園停車區，讓您無需煩惱停車問題。前院停車區約可停放5-7台轎車，更貼心備有可供遊覽車停放的空間，無論是小型家庭旅遊或大型團體聚會，都能輕鬆抵達。
Chamuel Villa has a spacious courtyard parking area, so you won’t have to worry about parking. The front yard can accommodate about 5-7 cars, and we have also thoughtfully provided a space for tour buses. Whether it’s a small family trip or a large group gathering, you can arrive with ease.

We are dedicated to making your journey warm and convenient from the moment you arrive.We have specially prepared a distinguished shuttle service, offering a choice between our 9-seater TOYOTA and the luxurious 6-seater LEXUS LM500h. Our service is not limited to Yilan Train Station or the Bus Terminal; we even provide transfers from Taoyuan Airport to Chamuel Villa, ensuring a seamless journey from the moment you land.

To ensure the upkeep and quality of our venue, for external services such as a private chef, professional BBQ grilling, catering, or food trucks, a venue usage fee of NT$1,000 will be charged in addition to the vendor’s service fees. Please note that this fee is not a cleaning fee; we ask for your assistance in restoring the area to its original tidy condition upon departure. Although Chamuel Villa’s main kitchen is not open for guest use, we have prepared a convenient dining preparation area for you. This area provides an induction cooker, microwave, convection oven, as well as basic pots, pans, and tableware, allowing you to easily heat up meals or prepare simple dishes. For hygiene reasons, please bring your own ingredients and seasonings. We hope this thoughtful amenity adds more convenience and comfort to your trip.

When you choose to book a private chef or a professional grilling service, the vendor will bring all the necessary cooking tools and equipment, so you don’t need to purchase a separate BBQ set. To ensure you have the best possible service experience, our housekeeper will handle the arrangements and communication with the vendor. This allows us to assess the vendor’s service attitude, professionalism, and whether they will assist with cleaning and tidying up the area, so you can enjoy your meal with complete peace of mind.
